John Lilly recently gave a talk at Stanford about Mozilla’s structure and decision-making processes. “[I]t’s about how Mozilla is organized, and how we push decision-making to the edges of any organization we have — it’s really an organization design and behavior talk.” The presentation is an interesting look into the thinking and blended system of chaos and order behind Mozilla.
