Internet Banking Fail

My bank’s online banking service is generally very good.  Having said that, I got this today.

"Sorry we're unable to retrieve your Interest Statement details right now. Please try again between 7AM-9PM Mon-Fri (AEST/AEDT), excludes public holidays."

Sigh.

  1. I still think banks should be held to a higher standard. Their security should be really good and their uptime should be atleast that of a free webmail with 15GB of storage.
    And I think governments should have them pay fees for not complying.
