    Don’t get me wrong, these first projects look quite impressive — though: Apart from native webbrowser support, which of these timelines could not equally well have been authored using existing web standards like e.g. SMIL (which, in essence, plays well with almost any kind of XML/Media and less hassle on the coding side)!?

    Browser support is a pretty big issue! Certainly once proposed specifications such as are broadly implemented, we’ll be taking a closer look.
