To better leverage that information across the Mozilla universe, we’re launching the Support Report. This is a weekly digest of user feedback about Firefox that we get on SUMO condensed into one easy-to-read email. In it, you’ll find summaries of the common issues we’re seeing as well as links to bugs, and various useful metrics.
