The reviewer incentive program<\/a> has been running for a few months now, and a few reviewers are already on Level 5! Since this is a new program, we\u2019ve been monitoring the point accumulation and listening to feedback, and have decided to make a few changes.<\/p>\n

Point Distributions<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

To spread out the points more evenly between levels, we\u2019d like to change point distribution<\/a> to the following:<\/p>\n

Level 4<\/td>\n13,500 points<\/td>\nMarketplace Reviewer t-shirt<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Level 5<\/td>\n24,000 points<\/td>\nMarketplace Reviewer hoodie<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Level 6<\/td>\n96,000 points<\/td>\nTablet<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

New:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
Level 1<\/td>\n2,160 points<\/td>\nStickers + Thank You Note<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Level 5<\/td>\n45,000 points<\/td>\nMarketplace Reviewer hoodie<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Level 6<\/td>\n96,000 points<\/td>\nTablet<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Reviewers who earned points under the old scale will keep the levels they’ve earned, and will be given a 30-day grace period to reach new levels before the new system comes into effect.<\/p>\n

Using Points for Gear<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

To give reviewers more flexibility and extend the program to people who participate long-term, we\u2019d like to introduce the option to redeem points for official Mozilla gear once Level 4 is achieved.<\/p>\n

Points in excess of 21,000 can be used to claim items from stickers and mugs to hats and messenger bags. This gives reviewers the flexibility to redeem points for other items, continue accumulating points in the program towards earning the hoodie and tablet, or do a combination of the two.<\/p>\n
