We\u2019ve discovered a bug<\/a> impacting some older extensions for users on Firefox 128+ or ESR 115 (in this case even updating Firefox won\u2019t resolve the root certificate expiration). We\u2019re working on fixes that will ship soon.<\/p>\n

Otherwise, we recommend keeping Firefox and your extensions up to date. This will resolve the vast majority of root certification issues.<\/p>\n

On 14 March a root certificate<\/a> (the resource used to prove an add-on was approved by Mozilla) will expire, meaning Firefox users on versions older than 128 (or ESR 115) will not be able to use their add-ons. We want developers to be aware of this in case some of your users are on older versions of Firefox that may be impacted.<\/p>\n
