Mozilla is growing!\u00a0 More products, more contributors, more passion and more to know and learn from each other.\u00a0 And, all in a global context of people sharing and working together in ways that are uniquely Mozillian.\u00a0 Quickly sharing knowledge and know-how is key to getting from vision to success, no matter the size and scope of your project.<\/p>\n<p>How do we share our knowledge through the organization at a pace and in a way that matches the need? How do we do it so that I can get YOUR special knowledge without scheduling a meeting to do it?\u00a0 And so that YOU can offer your special knowledge to empower me to be awesome! Wiki&#8217;s are a great start, but what about Video?<\/p>\n<p>And so, we&#8217;re at ground floor with a new project called &#8220;Capture Mozilla&#8221;.\u00a0 The project Wiki can be found here:\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/wiki.mozilla.org\/Grow\/Viki\">https:\/\/wiki.mozilla.org\/Grow\/Viki<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In short: The Capture Mozilla Project uses video to capture and share knowledge (from know-how to cultural) across the Mozilla community.<\/p>\n<p>This Blog is the place we&#8217;ll be parking early video that the project produces- and when we say early we mean: imperfect first shots at capturing knowledge.\u00a0 Many of the videos will be too long, too short, too boring, too&#8230;whatever.\u00a0 Here you will be able to share what works, what doesn&#8217;t, and what you&#8217;d like to see more of in the videos we (and you) share here.<\/p>\n<p>Oh, and who&#8217;s the &#8220;we&#8221; writing about t this project?\u00a0 Dia Bondi and Dino Anderson- A Communications Coach and Curriculum Designer dedicated to making systems and experiences that empower all Mozillians to continue to contribute in meaningful ways.<\/p>\n<p>More to come soon&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Wow!
