Was uns nat\u00fcrlich am meisten interessiert: Wie schnell ist Firefox Quantum denn jetzt wirklich?<\/p>\n<p>Wir haben Geschwindigkeit und Arbeitsspeicherverbrauch von Firefox Quantum (auch Firefox 57) mit Chrome und Vorg\u00e4ngerversionen von Firefox in Tests verglichen. Das \u00a0Ergebnis: Firefox Quantum ist doppelt so schnell wie der klassische Firefox, und zwar durchweg. Auch wenn die Ergebnisse nat\u00fcrlich in Abh\u00e4ngigkeit vom Rechner und genutzten Apps abweichen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Test:<\/p>\n<p><i>Test durchgef\u00fchrt am 19. Artikel). bis zu 30 % weniger Arbeitsspeicher (RAM) als Chrome.<\/p>\n<p>Der Vergleich des Arbeitsspeicherbedarfes basiert auf dem <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/EricRahm\/atsy\">Atsy Project<\/a>. Dort haben wir 30 Seiten geladen. Jede in ihrem eigenen Tab, mit 10 Sekunden zwischen dem jeweiligen Laden und 60 Sekunden \u201csettle time nach dem Laden .
