SUMO wird von der Gemeinschaft betrieben \u2013 Beitragende beantworten Fragen und bieten Unterst\u00fctzung, um jemand anderem zu helfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Letzten Monat haben wir diese globale Gemeinschaft mit Ask-A-Fox gefeiert, einem einw\u00f6chigen virtuellen Event, das von langj\u00e4hrigen Beitragenden, Newcomern und Mozilla Mitarbeitenden auf die Beine gestellt wurde. Die Idee war einfach: \u00fcber Zeitzonen hinweg ins Gespr\u00e4ch kommen, Tipps austauschen und klar, Fragen beantworten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Anerkennung f\u00fcr die Beitragenden, AMAs und eine Emoji-Jagd<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr eine erlebnisreiche Woche kamen Beitragende auf Firefox und Thunderbird zusammen. Die Antwortraten stiegen sprunghaft an, die Antwortzeiten sanken und die Foren brodelten vor neuer Energie. Aber die wahre Story war das Gef\u00fchl von Verbundenheit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es gab Live-Sessions unter dem Motto \u201eAsk Me Anything\u201c mit den <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=GFF5NBSN-8I\">Teams von WebCompat,<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=apYYhHJINFY\">Web Performance und Thunderbird<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=ldnv11tF6iY\">von Mozilla.<\/a> Und sogar eine spielerische Emoji-Jagd nach \ud83e\udd8a + \u26a1 quer durch unsere Wissensdatenbank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eDie Ask-Me-Anything-Session war wirklich interessant\u201c, sagte Firefox-Beitragender Paul. \u201eIch habe viel gelernt und w\u00fcrde allen, die nicht live dabei sein konnten, empfehlen, sich die Aufzeichnung anzusehen. Ich bin mir sicher, dass es beim Support von User:innen in SUMO hilfreich sein wird.\u201c<br><br>Ask-A-Fox hat die Menschen in den Mittelpunkt gestellt: langj\u00e4hrige Beitragende, neue Gesichter und alle dazwischen. Hier einige herausragende Beitragende:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Firefox Desktop (mit Enterprise)<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Paul, Denyshon, Jonz4SUSE, @next, jscher2000<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Firefox f\u00fcr Android<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Paul, TyDraniu, GerardoPcp04, Mad_Maks, sjohnn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Firefox f\u00fcr iOS<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Paul, Simon.c.lord, TyDraniu, Mad_Maks, Mozilla-assistent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Thunderbird (mit Android)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Davidsk, Sfhowes, Mozilla98, MattAuSupport, Christ1<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Newcomer mozilla98, starretreat, sjohnn, Vexi, Mark, Mapenzi, cartdaniel437, hariiee1277 und thisisharsh7 haben auch viel bewirkt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die neue Beitragende Shirmaya John sagte: \u201eIch helfe gern anderen Leuten und habe eine Leidenschaft f\u00fcr Computer. Deshalb habe ich wirklich Spa\u00df daran, mit Bugs oder anderen technischen Problemen zu helfen. Ich freue mich drauf, mich hier weiterzuentwickeln!\u201c&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Beitragende Vincent gewann unseren Mitarbeiter-Preis f\u00fcr die h\u00f6chste Anzahl beantworteter Anfragen in einer Woche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eAsk-A-Fox zeigt, welchen ungemeinen Zusammenhalt es in unserer Gemeinschaft gibt. Das ist eine Erinnerung daran, was wir mit einem gemeinsamen Ziel alles erreichen k\u00f6nnen\u201c, so Kiki Kelimutu, Senior Community Manager bei Mozilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Firefox wird seit Beginn von der Gemeinschaft angetrieben<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.mozilla.org\/careers\/communities-program-manager-konstantina-papadea-on-building-strong-communities-through-genuine-engagement\/\">Als Communities Program Manager<\/a> bei Mozilla habe ich erster Hand erfahren, wie echte Verbundenheit alles antreibt, was wir tun. Mitglieder unserer Gemeinschaft beantworten nicht einfach nur Fragen; sie formen Beziehungen, lernen gemeinsam und st\u00e4rken einander mit Authentizit\u00e4t und Umsorge den R\u00fccken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mozilla wurde von Leuten gebaut, die sich ein offenes und f\u00fcr alle zug\u00e4ngliches Internet w\u00fcnschen. Und unsere Gemeinschaft ist das schlagende Herz dieser Vision. Was 2007 begann (und 2010 unter <a href=\"https:\/\/support.mozilla.org\">support.mozilla.org<\/a>&nbsp;ein Online-Zuhause fand), hat sich in ein globales Netzwerk aus Beitragenden entwickelt, das Millionen von Firefox User:innen Fragen beantwortet, L\u00f6sungen aufzeigt und dabei hilft, mit ihrer Reise in Firefox weiterzumachen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jede beantwortete Frage hilft nicht nur einem User, sondern hilft uns auch, Firefox zu verbessern. Unsere Gemeinschaft formt durch das Offenlegen von echten Problemen und durch Feedback die Zukunft unserer Produkte und st\u00e4rkt das Internet f\u00fcr alle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mach mit bei der n\u00e4chsten Ask-A-Fox-Session<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ask-A-Fox feiert das, was Mozilla einzigartig macht: unsere Leute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als jemand, der jahrelang am Aufbau dieser Gemeinschaften gearbeitet hat, wei\u00df ich, dass echtes Engagement nicht von Zahlen oder Dashboards kommt. Sondern, weil wir Beitragende als Individuen behandeln \u2013 Menschen mit ihren eigenen Geschichten und F\u00e4higkeiten, die ihr Herzblut in die Sache stecken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn Mozillianer zusammenkommen und Wissen oder Emojis miteinander teilen oder gemeinsam lachen, ist das Ergebnis gr\u00f6\u00dfer als schnellere Antwortzeiten. Es ist Verbundenheit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zwei weitere Ask-A-Fox-Events sind schon f\u00fcr n\u00e4chstes Jahr geplant und so wollen wir unsere Gemeinschaften weiter ausbauen. F\u00fcr ein offeneres und einladenderes Internet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Falls du Lust hast, dem Internet etwas mehr Menschlichkeit zu verleihen, mach doch mit.
