Firefox has always stood by this. It\u2019s also the mantra of Abby Wren, the woman featured in the pilot episode of our new docuseries, \u201cFirefox Presents.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Launching Friday, April 15, \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/playlist?list=PLFlAJDI87Jg2rc6x6OWt6dihaU4qAVCm5\">Firefox Presents<\/a>\u201d is a documentary series featuring colorful and inspiring creators who each have a unique journey of finding themselves or their community online. We speak with them about how they are using the internet to overcome obstacles, challenge the status quo and express themselves in a way that encourages and inspires other people to feel welcome and safer online.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abby Wren, an alopecia advocate and makeup artist who represents the alopecia and bald communities online through her Tiktok channel. Finding an online community after her diagnosis helped her feel less alone, and she\u2019s now doing the same for others in return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThere are all these other people who had alopecia that I didn\u2019t know existed before the internet brought us together,\u201d Abby said in our <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.mozilla.org\/en\/products\/firefox\/abby-wren-makeup-artist-alopecia-advocate\/\">behind-the-scenes interview<\/a> with her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each episode will be released monthly on Firefox\u2019s YouTube channel. Upcoming episodes will feature activist, writer and actor <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.mozilla.org\/products\/firefox\/brandon-kyle-goodman-big-mouth-messy-mondays-online-community\/\"><strong>Brandon Kyle Goodman,<\/strong> <\/a>featured on Netflix\u2019s \u201cHuman Resources,\u201d and engineer, entrepreneur and YouTuber <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.mozilla.org\/products\/firefox\/xyla-foxlin-youtube-engineering\/\"><strong>Xyla Foxlin<\/strong><\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The \u201cFirefox Presents\u201d series is produced by Mozilla in collaboration with Long Haul Films, and is executive produced by Steve Flavin (Mozilla) and directed by Melissa Dowler (Long Haul Films).<\/p>\n\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Different is dope.
