Some of you hate it, and don\u2019t want any of it.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We get it.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We also know, as Mozilla, that the future is being decided now. The big tech players are racing to lock down and control AI, and make sure it works on their terms, not ours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/stateof.mozilla.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The 2025\/26 State of Mozilla, our annual report published today,<\/a> is an invitation to a different future.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What you\u2019ll find in the State of Mozilla<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/stateof.mozilla.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">This year\u2019s State of Mozilla <\/a>goes beyond a traditional annual report. Inside, you\u2019ll find:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Updates on what\u2019s new and coming with our core products, Firefox and Thunderbird.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A look at how Mozilla is investing in open source AI and privacy preserving tech.A snapshot of our financials, and how we&nbsp; allocate resources to balance mission and money<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stories from people across Mozilla and our community who are building tools, products, and movements that push AI in a better direction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>And, a commitment to giving you a choice in everything we do \u2014&nbsp;including the option to say no to AI altogether.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All of this is guided by Mozilla\u2019s&nbsp; double bottom line: advancing the public interest and building sustainable businesses. This model lets us invest patiently, say no to extractive approaches, and support ecosystems that would otherwise struggle to exist.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A vision for what comes next<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The future of AI \u2014&nbsp;and the future of the web \u2014&nbsp;is ours to define.
