- We said good-bye to our community manager Bill Mills, who’s leaving the Science Lab to work on furthering open science as a research software developer. Bill will continue to be a valued contributor to the Science Lab and we wish him the best in his future endeavors. Read Bill’s blog post talking about his scheme for how scientific software developers can supercharge. It’s a great read.
- On the flip side we are very pleased to welcome Zannah Marsh to the team in the role of Instructional Designer. You can learn more about Zannah and the talents/experience she will bring to the Science Lab here. Welcome Zannah!
- Our call for Mozilla Fellows for Science is now CLOSED. Thank you to the 128 candidates who applied to become a Mozilla Fellow. All applications are now under review.
- For this year’s MozFest the Science Lab is looking for two types of sessions: Sprints and Training.
