\nIt’s time for Issue 4 of Webmaker’s Hottest<\/strong><\/a> fresh off the press, your favourite weekly showcase of the most inspiring and irresistible-to-remix<\/strong> creations by makers around the world! For each issue, we choose a theme and crawl across the Webmaker world to find its 12 most exciting makes to feature on the Webmaker homepage<\/a>, all created by community members like you<\/strong>!
\nWhile our last issue<\/a> focused on Independence Day celebrations for one of Mozilla’s most active and vibrant communities, India, this week is all about going back to school<\/strong> as we hit the books again at high schools, secondary schools and colleges worldwide — think colourful locker art, notebook doodles, secret crushes, after school clubs, brand new backpacks and the kinds of hands-on, participatory teaching that make learning fun!
\nIndeed, for this issue’s theme, we had no lack of awesome and inspiring material. From interactive teaching kits<\/a> for educators, to student reflections<\/a> on summer beach fun, and from odes to the genius of Bill Nye the Science Guy<\/a> to homemade Minecraft tutorials<\/a>, there was lots of colourful and educational fun<\/strong> to be had for every kind of student. We were even lucky enough to receive a bit of a bonus: a sneak preview<\/strong> of the 3 talented winners who won the first round of our Battle of the Mixes<\/a> competition!
