We received well over 100 entries, representing hundreds of hours of hard work from people around the world.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A big thanks to all who participated!  And special thanks to our panel of judges, including <a href=\"http:\/\/labs.mozilla.com\/contests\/extendfirefox\/judges.php\">Garrett Camp<\/a> (StumbleUpon), <a href=\"http:\/\/labs.mozilla.com\/contests\/extendfirefox\/judges.php\">Brendan Eich<\/a> (Mozilla), <a href=\"http:\/\/labs.mozilla.com\/contests\/extendfirefox\/judges.php\">Jesse James Garrett<\/a> (Adaptive Path), <a href=\"http:\/\/labs.mozilla.com\/contests\/extendfirefox\/judges.php\">Tariq Krim<\/a> (NetVibes), and <a href=\"http:\/\/labs.mozilla.com\/contests\/extendfirefox\/judges.php\">Joshua Schachter<\/a> (del.ico.us) and our sponsors, including <a href=\"http:\/\/www.activestate.com\/\">ActiveState<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oreilly.com\/\">O\u2019Reilly<\/a>, and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.vmware.com\/\">VMware<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Although many of these extensions are in their early stages of experimental development, we&#8217;re blown away by what their authors were able to achieve within the time constraints of the contest, and we&#8217;re really looking forward to where they take their extensions from here.
