We can still only wait on the Google front right now.\n<ul>\n<li>  KaiRo has heard that Google is doing a revamp of their location service, maybe they&#8217;ll finally make it available publicly so we can use it.\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<h3> <span class=\"mw-headline\"> Release Train <\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li> For comm-aurora, we also should regard strings there as much frozen as possible. In the future, string freeze is the uplift from central to aurora, which matches Firefox.\n<li> If we have any actual fixes that don&#8217;t need L10n changes (not enhancements) on central but not beta, they should go there if possible.\n<li> Bug authors and\/or reviewers should request relevant approvals for comm-aurora\/beta when necessary.\n<li> Callek is working on getting comm-aurora and comm-beta on MXR (<a class=\"external text\" href=\"https:\/\/bugzilla.mozilla.org\/show_bug.cgi?id=653424\" rel=\"nofollow\">bug 653424<\/a>).\n<li> The last beta of 2.3 has just come out and we&#8217;ll have about one week to release (still on target for release on 16th August).\n<\/ul>\n<h3> <span class=\"mw-headline\"> Extensions Compatibility Tracking <\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li> <a href=\"https:\/\/wiki.mozilla.org\/SeaMonkey\/2.1\/AddonCompat\" title=\"SeaMonkey\/2.1\/AddonCompat\">Addon Compatibility Listings<\/a> created and maintained by InvisibleSmiley, with help from some community members like DERoss.\n<ul>\n<li> Recent changes can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/wiki.mozilla.org\/SeaMonkey\/2.1\/AddonCompat#Recent_Changes_to_This_Page\" title=\"SeaMonkey\/2.1\/AddonCompat\">here<\/a>.\n<\/ul>\n<li> AMO has a compatible version of Engimail now (not yet compatible with SM 2.3), and one for Lightning (compatible with SM 2.3).\n<li> Besides Lightning, we should also take a look at other add-ons that are important for our users when they switch to 2.x.\n<ul>\n<li> Useful query: <a class=\"external free\" href=\"https:\/\/addons.mozilla.org\/en-US\/seamonkey\/extensions\/?sort=popular\" rel=\"nofollow\">https:\/\/addons.mozilla.org\/en-US\/seamonkey\/extensions\/?sort=popular<\/a>\n<\/ul>\n<li> InvisibleSmiley created a <a href=\"https:\/\/wiki.mozilla.org\/SeaMonkey\/2.1\/FAQ\" title=\"SeaMonkey\/2.1\/FAQ\">2.1 FAQ<\/a> Wiki page. It&#8217;s a wiki so we can try to offload it. So another ~16k have migrated over in the last two weeks.\n<\/ul>\n<li> The release notes now mention \/ provide a link to fixed security issues in Firefox in order to support our mantra that you need to install updates to stay secure. I feel there is still too much delay.
