{"id":1203,"date":"2009-10-08T17:11:29","date_gmt":"2009-10-09T00:11:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.mozilla.org\/metrics\/?p=1203"},"modified":"2019-09-18T12:05:39","modified_gmt":"2019-09-18T19:05:39","slug":"user-outreach-coming-to-mozilla-com","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.mozilla.org\/metrics\/2009\/10\/08\/user-outreach-coming-to-mozilla-com\/","title":{"rendered":"User Outreach Coming to mozilla.com"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We&#8217;ve been spending some energy in recent months to better integrate user feedback into the Firefox user experience, including the <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.mozilla.org\/metrics\/2009\/08\/03\/more-changes-coming-to-the-firefox-installer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">installation experience<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.mozilla.org\/metrics\/2009\/08\/18\/cats-love-firefox-support\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Firefox Support experience<\/a>.\u00a0 Given those insights and successes, we&#8217;re now planning to integrate user feedback into mozilla.com.<\/p>\n<p>Why is this important?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> It provides users with an opportunity to share their praise\/criticism or any other thoughts<\/li>\n<li> It strongly complements our web analytics efforts (i.e., we&#8217;re able to answer the &#8220;why&#8221;
