WilliamQ and Brian will focus on this.<\/li>\n<li>Global-local work will focus on supporting Reps and regional communities working together, supporting and coaching volunteers to be able to work in top initiatives. Rosana, Rub\u00e9n, Guillermo, Konstantina and Francisco will focus on this.<\/li>\n<li>Special focus on developing leaders to have more impact, running workshops around this. Emma will be leading these efforts.<\/li>\n<li>To support more technical opportunities the Participation Tech Platform will work on this front, with Pierros leading and with the help of Tasos, Nemo, Nikos and Emma.<\/li>\n<li>In order to be more effective there will be more focus on 10 specific countries to enable more impact.<\/li>\n<li>The main initiatives will be: Firefox OS Ignite, Brand building in Germany, Firefox for Android in India, Midterm plan for 3 communities, Leadership program and Technology group.<\/li>\n<li>The team will keep working using Hearthbeats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Check <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/presentation\/d\/1_6iuA26NMXWi80qe_C5c-lKeRwRdVVgwR0XrDvyTVBM\/edit#slide=id.gc46d5002f_0_12\">the presentation<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/mozilla\/participation-org\/issues\">team\u2019s github<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Featured events<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Maker Parties\/Webmaker events<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Dehli: From July 31st to August 15th.<\/li>\n<li>Bacolod, Philippines: July 31st.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>WebAssembly for humans<\/strong>. August 2nd to 22nd.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Help me with my project!<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Reps portal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Currently there is a lot going on with the Participation team tooling and the Reps portal devs need help to fix bugs and add new features.<\/p>\n<p>They can devote some time to mentor new people to get involved with the portal development.<\/p>\n<p>Check <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/mozilla\/remo\">the repository<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/bugzilla.mozilla.org\/buglist.cgi?product=Mozilla%20Reps&amp;component=reps.mozilla.org&amp;resolution=---&amp;list_id=12433224\">current bugs<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>QA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/triagebot.mozilla.org\/\">new bug triage tool<\/a> is now live.
