My essentials.\u201d Despite his transatlantic jet lag Nadella is transfixed. \u201cThat\u2019s awesome,\u201d he says. \u201cIt\u2019s fantastic to see you pushing the boundaries of what can be done.\u201d He thanks her and turns toward the next group.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have a particular passion around accessibility, and this is something I spend quite a bit of cycles on,\u201d Nadella tells me later. He has two daughters and a son; the son has special needs. \u201cWhat she was showing me is essentially how she\u2019s building out as a developer the tools that she can use in her everyday life to be productive.
