What is Workplace Resources?<\/strong><\/h1>\n

We\u2019re the team formerly known as Facilities. Like most teams in Mozilla, though, we do more than just one thing. Sure, we cover facilities and maintenance, but we do so much more. We coordinate the logistics behind events, office set-up, and catering. We manage moves, adds and changes, lease spaces and buy furniture. If you need a badge or key, have safety or security concerns or need help with your printer, call us. We know where to find the best espresso and cheapest burrito in town. We\u2019re here for you and happy to help!<\/p>\n

\"WW<\/a><\/p>\n

Rob Middleton<\/strong> is the Director of Worldwide Workplace Resources. Rob manages real estate, construction and MozSpace build-outs.<\/p>\n

Lori Jashinsky<\/strong> is the Senior Manager of Worldwide Workplace Resources Worldwide. She keeps all the MozSpaces up and running. Lori is based in Mountain View, but brings a true global perspective to our team.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Pauline<\/strong> Proffett<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong> is a Project Manager for Workplace Resources (WPR). She coordinates office build-outs and construction-related projects for MozSpaces globally. Pauline<\/span> has managed a variety of WPR space initiatives such as Mozilla\u2019s bike program and office art installations.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Matea Lisica<\/strong> is our Worldwide Space Planner. Matea is based in Mountain View, but coordinates moves, adds and changes and maintains space plans for our MozSpaces globally.<\/p>\n

Lisa Gray<\/strong> is the Site Services Supervisor of the Mountain View and San Francisco sites, managing\u00a0events & global security.<\/p>\n

\"MTV-SFO<\/a><\/p>\n

Abbie Woods<\/strong> is MozMountain View\u2019s Office Services Coordinator. She coordinates events, supplies, space access, & facilities.<\/p>\n

Amy Oyenuga<\/strong> is MozMTV\u2019s Receptionist. She assists with events, supplies, access cards, supplies, & welcomes visitors.<\/p>\n

Jason Amaral<\/strong> is half of the Ricoh Shipping & Receiving duo that handles all Mozilla mail and shipments worldwide. He sits at MozMTV in the mail room.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Jess Lin<\/strong> is MozSan Francisco\u2019s Office Services Coordinator. She coordinates events, supplies, space access & facilities.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Marie Bravo<\/strong> is MozSFO\u2019s Receptionist. She assists with events, supplies, access cards, supplies, & welcomes visitors.<\/p>\n

Alia Pratt<\/strong> is the other half of the Ricoh Shipping & Receiving duo handling all Mozilla mail and shipments worldwide. She sits at MozSFO in the mail room.<\/p>\n

Jennie Hayes<\/strong> is the Site Services Supervisor of the Vancouver, Toronto, and Portland sites. She coordinates events, supplies, space access, & facilities in Vancouver. She co-coordinates corporate travel with Shannon Clayton.<\/p>\n

Rebecca Gorospe<\/strong> is MozToronto\u2019s Office Services Coordinator. She\u2019ll help you out with events, supplies, space access & facilities.<\/p>\n

Katt Taylor<\/strong> is MozPortland\u2019s Office Services Coordinator. She coordinates events, supplies, space access, & facilities. She assists Lisa Gray with world wide badging and security.<\/p>\n

Shannon Clayton<\/strong> is our Site Services Supervisor for Europe.\u00a0 She currently sits in Paris but keeps an eye on London and Berlin, too. She is the queen of Egencia and our corporate travel program.<\/p>\n

Clara Carle<\/strong> is MozParis\u2019 Office Services Coordinator. She coordinates an insane events schedule, supplies, space access, facilities, & the Paris Apartment.<\/p>\n

Mandy Chan<\/strong> is MozLondon\u2019s Office Services Coordinator. She handles events, supplies, space access, & facilities.<\/p>\n

Martyna Sobczak<\/strong> is MozBerlin\u2019s Office Services Coordinator. She coordinates events, supplies, space access, & facilities.<\/p>\n
