Our Mountain View Headquarters are moving to a bigger, better space early in 2014. WPR is already planning this momentous move, and is making sure you&#8217;re in the loop along the way.<\/p>\n<p>The MV2014 project kicked off this month with a meeting on 3\/12 in MV &amp; on <a href=\"https:\/\/air.mozilla.org\/mountain-view-office-2014-kick-off\/\">Air Mozilla<\/a>\u00a0 where employees learned about our plans for the new Mountain View site at <a href=\"https:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?q=331+East+Evelyn+Avenue,+Mountain+View,+CA&amp;hl=en&amp;ll=37.388061,-122.06068&amp;spn=0.010093,0.019784&amp;sll=32.896669,-111.751149&amp;sspn=0.010738,0.019784&amp;oq=331+e+evelyn+st+mountain+view&amp;hnear=331+E+Evelyn+Ave,+Mountain+View,+Santa+Clara,+California+94041&amp;t=m&amp;z=16\">331 E Evelyn St in Mountain View<\/a>. Employee feedback is helping us improve and enhance our future working environments in Mountain View and elsewhere.\u00a0 The goal of these efforts is to ensure full transparency and include Mozillians in the planning and design process.\u00a0 WPR is focused on improving your comfort and productivity in our workspaces.\u00a0 These development efforts are designed to culminate in a smooth move process and a great transition to our new home, MV2014!<\/p>\n<p>Upcoming steps in the design process include:<\/p>\n<p>1)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 DISCOVERY<\/p>\n<p>2)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 ASSESSMENT<\/p>\n<p>3)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 STRATEGY<\/p>\n<p>4)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 PLANNING &amp; DESIGN<\/p>\n<p>5)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 PROTOTYPE &amp; TESTING<\/p>\n<p>6)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 IMPLEMENTATION<\/p>\n<p>Through this Engagement process we&#8217;re sharing and gathering information in a variety of ways:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.mozilla.org\/places\/files\/2013\/03\/surveygraph.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-872\" alt=\"surveygraph\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.mozilla.org\/places\/files\/2013\/03\/surveygraph.png\" width=\"525\" height=\"379\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.mozilla.org\/places\/files\/2013\/03\/surveygraph.png 525w, https:\/\/blog.mozilla.org\/places\/files\/2013\/03\/surveygraph-300x216.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 525px) 100vw, 525px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Individual online surveys have been sent to our MV &amp; SF offices to gather specific feedback on work styles and preferences and focus groups were held earlier in March to learn about group adjacency and identity needs between our teams at Mozilla.\u00a0 We held an open house event on March 21<sup>st,<\/sup> giving Mountain View employees another chance to share their ideas and concerns.
