And answering one question generally takes less than <strong>two minutes<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s actually very simple to help people, too. But just to be on the safe side, we&#8217;ve prepared some instructions for how to get you started.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to make one Firefox user happy per day:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Set aside <strong>two minutes<\/strong> of your time. Some tips for how to do that:\n<ul>\n<li>Stay away from pointless activities like Farmville or Mafia Wars (and avoid Facebook in general).<\/li>\n<li>Skip reading that &#8220;fun&#8221; e-mail one of your colleagues just sent.<\/li>\n<li>Don&#8217;t <a href=\"http:\/\/www.happylander.com\/\">click this link<\/a>. It&#8217;s not worth it, and no, you can&#8217;t even interact with the cat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>If you haven&#8217;t already, get a SUMO account by filling out the form on  the <a href=\"http:\/\/support.mozilla.com\/tiki-register.php?locale=en-US\">registration   page<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Scan the list of <a href=\"http:\/\/support.mozilla.com\/en-US\/forum\/1?thread_sort_mode=lastPost_desc&amp;reply_state=none\">unanswered forum threads<\/a> (btw, that&#8217;s a great page to bookmark) for a question you think you know the answer to. Click it and respond. <strong>That&#8217;s it!<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/support.mozilla.com\/en-US\/forum\/1?thread_sort_mode=lastPost_desc&amp;reply_state=none\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright\" title=\"Tiger is being helpful\" src=\"http:\/\/farm3.static.flickr.com\/2460\/3716590878_f1a91fe894_m.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"240\" height=\"240\" \/><\/a><br \/>Don&#8217;t even have two minutes to spare? Try looking for a question that  has an obvious answer, like <a href=\"https:\/\/support.mozilla.com\/en-US\/forum\/1\/666768\">AOL hijacked my start page<\/a>, posted earlier today (the solution is <a href=\"https:\/\/support.mozilla.com\/en-US\/kb\/How+to+set+the+home+page#Restore_the_default_home_page\">already documented<\/a>). <a href=\"https:\/\/support.mozilla.com\/en-US\/forum\/1\/666768\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Need help answering a question? No problem.  We have a <a title=\"Providing forum support\" href=\"http:\/\/support.mozilla.com\/en-US\/kb\/Providing+forum+support\">page of tips and resources<\/a> that may be useful, or you  can ask in the <a href=\"http:\/\/support.mozilla.com\/en-US\/forum\/3\">Contributors forum<\/a>.<strong> <\/strong>Feel like taking a break?
