In particular we talked about the amount of traffic that <a href=\"https:\/\/support.mozilla.com\/en-US\/kb\/Plugin+crash+reports\" class=\"external text\" rel=\"nofollow\">Plugin Crash Reports<\/a> gets and the amount of new not helpful votes <a href=\"https:\/\/support.mozilla.com\/en-US\/kb\/Firefox+does+not+ask+to+save+tabs+and+windows+on+exit\" class=\"external text\" rel=\"nofollow\">Firefox does not ask to save tabs and windows on exit<\/a> has been getting lately. In the case of Plugin crash reports, it&#8217;s suspected that the wording of the error message on crashed videos might contribute to lots of clicks though to SUMO and in the case of Firefox does not ask to save tabs and windows on exit it&#8217;s seems to be related to changes in Firefox 4. For now it was decided that Michael would bring up both issues with the UX team.<\/p>\n<h3>Metrics<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li> <a href=\"http:\/\/spreadsheets.google.com\/ccc?key=piA-a-dXCL2p7vB5pTu0HKA&amp;hl=en\" class=\"external text\" rel=\"nofollow\">SUMO<\/a><\/li>\n<li> <a href=\"https:\/\/spreadsheets.google.com\/ccc?hl=en&amp;hl=en&amp;key=t8U5aWmtdCuhAn2ijmN2ccw&amp;authkey=COzTgpEG#gid=0\" class=\"external text\" rel=\"nofollow\">Mobile specific<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Knowledge Base<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan of action for updating articles &#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/wiki.mozilla.org\/Support\/Goals\/2011Q2\/KB_Doc_Policies\" title=\"Support\/Goals\/2011Q2\/KB Doc Policies\">work in progress<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Conversations and decisions will be needed about things like {for}, localization and support for old Fx versions.
