Myself and Rebecca Billings will help moderate the support forum from 9am to 5pm PDT this Thursday to encourage new forum helpers with <a href=\"http:\/\/support.mozilla.com\/kb\/answering-questions-support-forum\">answering support questions<\/a>. We&#8217;ll be available on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mibbit.com\/?server=irc.mozilla.org&#038;channel=%23sumo\"><code>#sumo<\/code><\/a> IRC channel, <code>michelleluna<\/code> and <code>rbillings<\/code>, or by private message to <a href=\"http:\/\/support.mozilla.com\/en-US\/messages\/new?to=mluna\">myself<\/a> or <a href=\"http:\/\/support.mozilla.com\/en-US\/messages\/new?to=rbillings\">Rebecca<\/a> using the SUMO web site.<\/p>\n<p>Just <a href=\"https:\/\/support.mozilla.com\/en-US\/users\/register\">create an account<\/a> and then take some time on Thursday to help with <a href=\"http:\/\/support.mozilla.com\/questions?filter=no-replies\">unanswered questions<\/a>. <strong>Our goal is to answer 200 additional questions throughout the day<\/strong> as this is the average number of questions each day that go unanswered. We need your help!<\/p>\n<p>We have a group of <strong>champions<\/strong> who answer a large number of questions and we want to ask everyone who doesn&#8217;t regularly answer forum support questions about Firefox, to join us on Thursday for a sprint to relieve some of the fatigue our SUMO forum superstars and moderators feel each week. <\/p>\n<p>It is a very rewarding contribution that will instantly put you in touch with Firefox users! Even just 30 minutes of your time would help us immensely! And you&#8217;ll feel good afterward.
