I&#8217;ll be available on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mibbit.com\/?server=irc.mozilla.org&#038;channel=%23sumo\"><code>#sumo<\/code><\/a> IRC channel, <code>michelleluna<\/code>, or by private message to <a href=\"http:\/\/support.mozilla.com\/en-US\/messages\/new?to=mluna\">myself<\/a> using the SUMO web site.<\/p>\n<p>Just <a href=\"https:\/\/support.mozilla.com\/en-US\/users\/register\">create an account<\/a> and then take some time on Thursday to help with <a href=\"http:\/\/support.mozilla.com\/questions?filter=no-replies\">unanswered questions<\/a>. Additional tips for getting started are on the <a href=\"https:\/\/etherpad.mozilla.org\/sumo-day-02-02-2012\">etherpad<\/a>. <strong>Our goal is to respond to every new question posted Thursday<\/strong>, so please commit to answering 10 questions throughout the day. <\/p>\n<p>Grab your cape and join us!
