With spring finally knocking on the door we&#8217;re getting ready for a new SUMO Day, the day where our amazing SUMO community is working together in trying to answer every single question that is coming in on the support forum. This Thursday we&#8217;ll be answering questions in the support forum and helping each other in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mibbit.com\/?server=irc.mozilla.org&amp;channel=%23sumo\"><code>#sumo<\/code><\/a> on IRC from 9am to 5pm PST (UTC -8).<\/p>\n<p>Just <a href=\"https:\/\/support.mozilla.org\/en-US\/users\/register\">create an account<\/a>, check <a href=\"https:\/\/etherpad.mozilla.org\/sumo-day-april-11th-2013\">this etherpad<\/a> for tips and then take some time today to help with <a href=\"http:\/\/support.mozilla.org\/questions?filter=no-replies\">unanswered questions<\/a>. <strong>Our goal is to respond to all the questions posted on Thursday, so please try to answer as many questions as you can throughout the day.<\/strong> Even just a few minutes of your time would make a great difference to our users.<\/p>\n<p>Last SUMO Day was the first one where we counted responses within 24 hrs. And we managed to reach 95%!<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re there to help on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mibbit.com\/?server=irc.mozilla.org&amp;channel=%23sumo\"><code>#sumo <\/code><\/a>if you have trouble answering any questions.
