Firefox Fan<\/p><\/div>\n

Recently, we asked our Firefox Facebook fans (follow us here<\/a>) to share their best tips for using Firefox. One tip we heard over and over was to enhance your Firefox with Add-ons. There were a few overwhelmingly recommended Add-ons – so you know they must be good.<\/p>\n

Here are the top five most-recommended Add-ons from our Firefox Facebook fans.<\/p>\n

  1. Adblock Plus<\/a> – Our Facebook fans use this Add-on a lot! They say it\u2019s a \u201cmust have\u201d and \u201cessential\u201d to their browsing experience. They use this to block ads, tracking and banners, to regain control of the internet and change the way that you view the web.<\/li>\n
  2. Ghostery<\/a> – Several fans recommend Ghostery as a \u201ccool\u201d add-on that \u201cprotects my privacy.\u201d It allows you to see who’s tracking your web browsing and block them.<\/li>\n
  3. Foxclocks<\/a> – Facebook fan Raki says this Add-on is fantastic. \u201cLove it! Foxclocks helps to keep track of friends\u2019 time zones.\u201d<\/li>\n
  4. Forecastfox<\/a> –\u00a0Fan Daniel M. says \u201cI keep track of the weather with Firefox. The Forecastfox extension warns me of severe weather headed my way.\u201d<\/li>\n
  5. LastPass<\/a> – Fan Randy O \u201chighly recommends\u201d Last Pass. It\u2019s an online password manager and Form Filler that makes your web browsing easier and more secure.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
