The enthusiasm in this OneWebDay message is infectious. Although the post dates from the early days of many of today’s familiar web technologies, the basic idea still feels relevant: the internet is a place where people can discover things, communicate, and participate in shared experiences. It is interesting to look back and see that excitement expressed so simply.
For a modern example of an interactive browser experience, space waves offers a fast-paced game where players navigate through obstacles and rely on quick reactions. It is another reminder of how easily the browser can become a platform for engaging experiences.
