Great to see a throwback to CeBIT 2011! The OpenSource Park was always a highlight. It’s impressive how much the open web and community-driven projects have evolved since the Firefox 4 days. The Firefox 4 Mobile build for Android and Maemo sounds like a big step, especially since mobile browsing is where so much of the pressure is these days. I’m curious if the booth will have live demos of that, or if it’s more of a “come talk to us” setup. Either way, having the crew around for the whole week should make it easy for attendees to dig into the nitty-gritty of the Join Mozilla program.

It’s cool that you’ll be at CeBIT for the whole week and that there are talks at the OpenSource Forum. I’m especially curious about what the mobile platform news will look like in person. Hope you get some good questions from the crowd while you’re there.

I didn’t realize there would be talks at the OpenSource Forum alongside the booth presence. Being there the whole week sounds intense but also like a good chance to actually talk with people about the mobile platform work. Hope the CeBIT crowd brings some tough questions your way.

Seeing CeBIT mentioned takes me back, honestly. Went to the Hanover fairgrounds years ago and my feet were done by day two, so wear good shoes if you’re going. Have fun at the Mozilla booth! Random tip for the train ride down: I’ve been using this site to make a mixtape right in the browser, no CD drive needed. Kinda fitting since half the people queuing at booths like that grew up burning CDs anyway.
