Some specific changes of note.

• User with roles (but not admins) can use the API bug 842382).
• Bug on featured apps fixed (bug 842312).
• Fixed signed out experience on mobile (bug 839247).
• JQuery upgraded to 1.9 and JQuery-UI upgraded (bug 842776).
• Django upgraded to 1.4.5.
• Bunch of changes to developer docs (bug 821089 and related).
• SMS challenge during payment fixed (bug 834257).
• Logout of users from Bango during payment flow (bug 836407).
• Only do CSP validation of packaged and certified apps (bug 841840).

This week featured closed bugs from 22 different people (including that elusive nobody@mozilla.org) with contributions from many more. The most we’ve had in a long time.
