Hello! I hope your loving 2014 is off to a great start! I wanted to update you of some things that the Firefox Student Ambassador program (now over 9,600 members strong) is up to in January!

In 2014 we’ll be doing quite a lot of exciting projects and would love to invite you to be a part of the what we’re doing and collaborate with us. If you have an idea for how you would like to engage with Student Ambassadors, please email us at firefoxstudents@mozilla.com.

• Rep Advisers (program to be launched in Feb ’14) will serve as regional leaders in the Firefox Student Ambassador program. You can find out more about their role and responsibilities here: https://wiki.mozilla.org/StudentAmbassadors/RepAdvisers/Roles .

• While we have already recruited for other regions, we are currently looking for a Rep to serve as an Adviser for North & South America. If you are interested in this role, please email firefoxstudents@mozilla.com

• After February 1st we will be following-up with those who signed up and scheduling training.

Our first Firefox Club Leading training will end on January 31st. If you know of a Club Lead who has not yet completed training, please encourage them to do so by the 31st!

Our new Webmaker activity has now been launched.You make a Video Tutorials to:

•     Provide information, support, and helpful tips to your fellow FSAs
•     Use the videos as a way to recruit more individuals to join your Firefox Club (and help   new members learn more about Mozilla!)
•     Showcase your work at a global level
•     Learn more about Capture Mozilla and Webmaker Projects (and how to use them!)
