Mitchell Baker beim Open-Source-Treffen in München am 27.1 !

Die Open-Source-Treffen, gemeinsam veranstaltet von Mozilla und OpenOffice.org, starten im neuen Jahr mit einem prominenten Gast: Mitchell Baker, die Vorsitzende der Mozilla Foundation, ist am:
27.Januar ab 18 Uhr zu Besuch in München im Cafe Netzwerk, Luisenstr. 11,
und steht dort für Fragen rund um das Internet, offene Standards und natürlich auch zum Thema Mozilla gerne zur Verfügung. Mitchell Baker wurde 2005 vom Times Magazin zu einem der einhundert einflussreichsten Menschen der Welt gewählt und engagiert sich besonders zu den Themen Sicherheit und Webstandards.
Auf der von OpenOffice.org und Mozilla gemeinsam initiierten Veranstaltungsreihe werden Anwender und Macher von freier Software zum Gedankenaustausch zusammengebracht.
Aufgrund des großen Erfolgs finden die Open-Source-Treffen in München künftig monatlich statt, nach Möglichkeit an jedem vierten Freitag im Monat. Die genauen Termine bis einschließlich Juni stehen ab sofort auf der Homepage der Veranstaltung (www.opensourcetreffen.de) .
Damit wir die Veranstaltung etwas planen können, bitten wir Euch uns unter info@opensourcetreffen.de (oder auch bei mir direkt unter tomcat@mozilla.com) bescheid zu geben ob und mit wie vielen Personen ihr kommen wollt ! Die Anmeldung ist natuerlich kostenlos und unverbindlich !
