Wow. It has been a really busy second half of Q4 for the Web Productions team! I wanted to share some recent accomplishments from the team and what we are up to next.
Recent Key Accomplishments

New Mozilla.org homepage and for the first time in Mozilla’s history, it is localized!

Launched 2012 State of Mozilla.

Collaborated with Firefox engineering teams and performed A/B test of the Firefox download size and gathered important information on the desktop user acquisition funnel.

Launched a completely overhauled Mozilla spaces and site.

Performed UX strategy for the new MDN website.

Launched round 1 of the Firefox OS Certification Review Board website. (in less than 1 ½ weeks!)

Launched a completely new Mozilla careers portal.

Helped The QA Team Code Their One & Done Dashboard.

Continued A/B testing on Mozilla.org homepage as well as surveying users at key contact points such as the stub installer fallback page and first run.

Added a translation bar and Tabzilla improvements to mozilla.org.

Deployed improvements to our newsletter and L10N mozilla.org system.
- Built one of the first applications destined for production release on Mozilla’s new Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS).
