This month’s Labs Night will be held on Thursday April 29^th at the Mozilla headquarters in Mountain View starting at 6PM.   To attend, be sure to RSVP on our meetup page.    Please plan on arriving before 7pm since you won’t be able to get into the building afterwards and you may miss out on dinner.

The main speakers for this event will give demos and in-depth presentations of their Mozilla projects followed by an audience Q&A.  The projects that will be presented are  Firefox for Android, Weave Sync, Mozilla Labs’ Contacts project and Firefox’s Account Manager feature.   After the presentations, we’ll have a quick round of updates on other Mozilla Services and Labs projects.

And we’ll continue the tradition of opening up the podium to you if you want to give a short presentation (5-minute max.) on your own project.  We’ll squeeze in as many of these presentations as we have time for. It’s a great way to get the word out about new projects related to the Web or to open-source, to get feedback on your idea from like-minded individuals, and to network. If you would like to give a presentation, we’ll have a whiteboard at the event where you can sign-up.
