Quick Update for Labs Night: Gaming Special

Tonight is Labs Night: Gaming Special! With more than 150 people RSVPed and a fabulous lineup of speakers we expect an evening full of interesting and fun presentations & discussions.

To make this event available to all the people who can’t make it to Mountain View, we are broadcasting the event on Air Mozilla, have a phone bridge activated and will be available on our IRC channel. We further will record interviews and presentations with our guests and make them available here after the event.

Please note that given the logistics of the event, broadcasting might be a bit unreliable…

Lightning Talks

We’ll have a board for spontaneous lightning talks at the meetup. Lightning talks are for folks who have stuff (about games) that they want to share in 5 minutes or less.

Our first scheduled lightning talk is going to be from Mozilla Labs engineer Patrick Walton, who will be talking about the game he made for JS1K.
