Thanks for the heads up on answering support questions in the forum. The last couple of months I have been helping out answering questions as part of the army of awesome and have received lots of positive feedback from the support that i have given. Helping out with support is definitely a very rewarding activity which everyone should try. I hope to make a blog post in the near future for planet about what i have learned and some ideas for improving the army of awesome website.
