- Welcome our new SUMO staff members! Patrick McClard is our new Helpdesk Manager (Firefox OS, Marketplace, Apps) and Hermina Condei is our new Firefox OS Support Lead (she’ll be starting in May).
- Lots of questions and answers: images in contributor forum happening this week, team page ideas, localization KPI ideas, redesign effect on forum KPI, we’re working on fixing article vote abuse, % of users adding troubleshooting info. For next week, Kadir & Madalina to look into the Top 25 Contributor issue and Kadir to give update on the Troubleshooting Information add-on.
