Reminder: the next SUMO Community meeting…

…is going to take place on Monday, 11th of May. Join us!
If you want to add a discussion topic to upcoming the live meeting agenda:
- Start a thread in the Community Forums, so that everyone in the community can see what will be discussed and voice their opinion here before Monday (this will make it easier to have an efficient meeting).
- Please do so as soon as you can before the meeting, so that people have time to read, think, and reply (and also add it to the agenda).

Knowledge Base

It’s official: SUMO KB Day #1 is happening next week on Thursday.
“Search bar” or “Search Bar”? We will updating the style guide for buttons and feature names soon, so expect some changes.

Community

The SUMO Bangladesh folks are on the cusp of the first SUMO Day in the region. We are keeping our fingers crossed and curiously waiting for a great report.

Firefox OS

In the news: Firefox OS in Africa!
BuddyUp: there are minor issues with the Marketplace – the app is still not showing. We are following up with the Marketplace team to see what is going on. On the bright side, Mike is going to take care of writing the documentation for frontend developers during May – thanks, Mike!
Forums: in the absence of Ralph, Hermina will step in to make sure the most challenging questions are addressed – all community experts are more than welcome to jump in, of course :-)

Firefox Android

Firefox for Android 38.0.5 and 38 – there is a small string change in the UI to the “Send to other devices” element – and Joni has already updated the KB accordingly – thanks Joni!

Firefox for iOS

The Firefox for iOS User Success Council members have received a build to test and play around with. Since the target launch locales will be English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, and Japanese, expect some poking from our side for your help in testing – if you have an iOS device, that is.
