Gemma is a User Experience Researcher. She is based out of Chicago. She has a background in nonprofit development, a BA in Philosophy from Reed College, and an MLIS from the University of Illinois. Before joining Mozilla she worked at Razorfish as an Information Architect. Gemma believes research and design can make the world a better place and she is thrilled to be joining the talented, mission-driven team at Mozilla. When she’s not at work, Gemma spends her time organizing the Chicago UX Book Club, enjoying good food with friends, and spending as much time outside as possible.
For the remainder of 2013, Gemma will be focusing primarily on Firefox Desktop user research projects in SE Asia.
