Hello and thank you for coming to our blog on yet another sunny (at least here…) Friday! Let’s get on with the updates…

New arrivals to SUMO – welcome to the party :-)

Roland and the Thunderbird community are busy working on the transition plan for 2015. Are you interested in shaping the future of Thunderbird’s support? Click that link!
For those in and around Toronto (or those who are headed there from afar), a quick reminder: the Thunderbird Summit is coming up, starting October 14 and going strong until October 18.

Madalina, Derek, Kadir, Ricky, and Rehan are putting their skills together to bring you a new version of the Support Forums. Help them out in taking important decisions about the way new filters work and are displayed by taking a look at this comment thread with the mocks and providing feedback.

As a reminder: we changed the structure and role of the Monday meetings (as an experiment).
Last Monday, we met and talked about Army of Awesome. If you want to join in the conversation, head over to the relevant forum thread.
Next Monday, we’re going to talk about SUMO presence online. More details and a space for your questions/comments can be found here.
As always, remember that it’s a community meeting, so everyone’s invited to join and contribute.

In other news… I don’t know whether I’ll need a Matchstick any time soon, but the logo is definitely one of the cutest I’ve seen in a while :-)
