Erin Liman on Designing for Delight

Erin Liman, a design thinker and innovation catalyst, came to speak to Mozilla last week about Designing for Delight.  She taught us some tools for solving the right problem such as using a project diagnostic worksheet, creating problem statements mad lib style and the FOG method, in which you agree as a team on which statements are facts, opinions or guesses.

She had us all thinking in new ways and made the point clear that innovation is social, it comes from people being on the same page and working in sync.  Here’s her whole presentation.  Thanks again, Erin!
