Firefox OS
Speaker Location: Dietrich
- Freezing feature work. Some pieces remaining, will straggle in over the next couple of weeks. Most development turning to bug fixes, polish and performance.
- Stabilization period policy
- Gaia issues moving over to Bugzilla for the remaining portion of the release cycle.
- Open Gaia blockers – Need web developers to help out with any of these bugs that aren’t labeled “feature”.
- Dogfooding – Device arrival is imminent, expect communication once initial flashing procedures are worked out.
Grow Mozilla
MozCamp Asia Call for Participation was sent out to Paid-staff this morning. All participation proposals are due by October 15th. If you have any questions about your proposal, please do not hesitate to reach out to mozcamp@mozilla.com. More information on how to submit a proposal can be found here

- Bugzilla Per-comment tagging patch ready this week (will land upstream first, then in BMO). Follow along in bug 793963
- Intermittent Orange work:
- Disabling tests for some top oranges where no one seems willing to fix them: https://bugzil.la/782196,767215,752786,677841,780863,708927,691580
- Closed out intermittent orange bugs as WORKSFORME if they hadn’t been seen for > 6 months and the tests weren’t disabled (approx 550 bugs closed).
- Patched over an issue with the newer tegras and reftest bug 792212 should allow us to turn on some new tegras for android tests.
- Got a subset of Reftests green on B2G!! Layout team is helping pick off reftest issues coming up in that testing.
