• Passwords Brownbag by Joseph Bonneau: 2pm PST (2200) UTC, SF 7forward and Air Mozilla

Dr. Joseph Bonneau is an expert in passwords: how people choose them, how websites use them, and how attackers abuse them. He’ll be talking about his research, including a recent study which safely analyzed 70 million passwords at Yahoo, and how authentication methods are likely to change in the near future.

  • One teaser highlight: the team triaged outstanding front end security bugs, and closed half of them!

Grow Mozilla
