RC1
- We slipped from planned date in order to get some blockers landed
- 0 blockers at the moment
- We should be go for build

Watching for any new blockers
Triage noms as they come in
Starting to work on post-4 bugs
- Some bugs are already know “wanted for Fennec 4.next”
- We’ll start triaging 2.0- and 2.0next lists as well
More focus on browser-chrome tests
- We need more tests
- We need green tests
- We need desktop-based test machines (bug 611092)
Saw some Talos regression due to recent patches
- Ts bump a little to get a correctness bug landed. We need to fix the platform and remove the bandaid
- Tzoom jumped on m-c, but seemed to go back down on t-m
- Tp decreased on t-m too

writing RC ux blog post, based on this list: etherpad list
going through lists of 2.0-ed and other non-2.0 UI bugs; pulling together lists of smaller wanted features from last year or so

Fennec 4.0rc1: bug 639948
- [DONE] Set up mobile-2.0 branch: bug 639980
- Lukas ran a successful 4.0rc1 staging release and is ready for go-to-build.
Tegras
- Purple bug: bug 641475
  - Clint/Joel’s patch is looking promising, but we still need to iron things out.
- New tegra server room with network PDU is UP with ~50 additional tegras that will go into production when we can get them green.
- Still a couple unit test suites to get running green
  - Reftests bug 636753
  - Crashtests+jsreftests: waiting for purpleness to clear; need a jsreftest staging run but otherwise almost ready to land
[FIXED] Missing depend builds bug 641260
- Switched back to 0.7 maemo builds temporarily, then Catlee fixed the mobile hgpoller in 0.8. Switched back; things are working now.
- Long term fix: merge m-b in

Status:
- Waiting to start a release test cycle. Team is verifying all FIXED bugs in the meantime and adding testcases to litmus to shore up our test runs.
